Everything is a digital file. For products marked Available now, the download link shows on the confirmation screen and in your receipt email. Coming soon products can't be bought yet.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. The forms and curriculum kits are Word files (.docx) that open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages or LibreOffice, with a print-ready PDF of each. Printables are PDF only.
Which file formats are included?
Daycare forms and curriculum kits: Word (.docx) and PDF. Printables: PDF. Each product page lists its formats.
How do I find my files after I buy?
Use the link in your receipt email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then contact us through our contact page with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?

Can I use the templates in Canada and the United States?
Yes. The forms have Province/State and Postal/ZIP code fields, and the health forms show Celsius and Fahrenheit. Prices are in US dollars.
Do I need to customize the daycare forms for my province or state?
Yes. Child care rules differ in every province, territory and state, and they change over time. Our templates are a starting point, not legal advice. Check each form against your local licensing requirements, and consider having a local lawyer or licensing advisor review your parent contract and policies.
What ages are the colouring pages for?
Each monthly theme has three levels: easy shapes for toddlers, medium scenes for preschoolers, and detailed zen and mandala pages for older kids. Every page is an original Kidsproutly design.
